Hello!  I got the name Mrs. Claus because of my loving spirit and giving personality.  I’m also very playful and enjoy a game I invented named Catpawball which is similar to Racketball.   The rules are simple: paw only contact of a small ball with a jingle bell center that must be bounced off any object in contact with the floor and then subsequently chased. Points are given for whomever reaches the ball first and continues play.  Good rest is the key to my superior skill and my winning record, so I find rehabilitating burrowed under a cozy, light cancelling, soft blanket as my preferred way to nap.  All serious Catpawball cat-thaletes know provided support is given three-fold in return because there would not be Catpawball without our admired humans cheering us on to greatness.   I would love nothing more than to find my furrever home where I can provide not just my athletic talent and excitement to play together but also everything wonderful about being a member of a family.  We’ll be teammates enjoying our time together each day and all the mutual love we share will certainly make for a purrfect match

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
