Learn more about the Chihuahua.

In a far away land, the sweetest black and tan chihuahua was found and brought to CARA. This chihuahua's name is Morgan. Morgan celebrates his birthday on January 30 and was born in the year of 2013. He may be a little timid at first but if you sit down with him, he will go over and sit in your lap. Morgan may be a small guy but his heart is bigger than his body (figuratively speaking). He will not hurt a fly but he may want to lay by it. Unlikely many small dogs, Morgan prefers to be quiet and let his looks and facial expressions do all the work. Morgan will be the most laid back 4 pound chihuahua you will ever meet.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
