My name is Willow! I am a 10 year old, Husky and German Shepherd mix who is looking for a calm and loving home. My previous owner dropped me off at a shelter when she moved. I was scheduled to be euthanized when CARA found me just in time! I am a very easy, relaxed, calm girl. My foster parents rant and rave about how wonderful I am! I LOVE going on walks and don't pull at all!! I do amazing in the car and really enjoy riding!! I am housebroken and do okay in a crate, but I am also responsible enough to be left out in the home. I am not destructive at all! I would be perfectly content in a semi active home OR a chilled, laid back home as well! I love sleeping but I can totally keep up with you on walks. I am in such great shape for my age. I prefer a home with older kids, and no other dogs!! I am okay with cats, I mostly just ignore those little buggers! CAN YOU SEE HOW PERFECT I AM??? Please consider meeting me! I am the oldest dog at CARA with a young spirit! I am apartment friendly.

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
