Oswald came to CARA from our local Animal Control so we do not know a lot about his history but we know that he is an awesome dog right now! He is playful and friendly and does not seem to have an issue with anyone or anything :) As you can see he is tolerant to be dressed up and LOVES the camera :)

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat from 10-2pm and Thursdays from 3-7pm (other times available by appointment).
