Hi! My name is Petey! I am a 5 year old Dalmatian/Lab mix. I was in a home for the past 5 years and now I'm not. Good thing the people here at CARA are really nice and have promised to take good care of me while I wait for a new family. I'm great with children of all ages and I'm really good with other dogs as well! I know some commands like sit, come, and drop it. I'm very smart. I'm looking for a family who will include me in their lives. I will be available to meet on April 13th! I can't wait to meet you.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
