PETEE IS A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG

Petee is one of seven little rascals found by a sweet soul. Left to fend for themselves, malnourished, cold and scared these seven puppies have certainly received the bad end of this bargain. CARA volunteers have worked hard to comfort them and they are doing very well and are ready for their forever homes.


After Petee recovered from two forms of mange he was adopted, but returned when it was discovered he has moderate hearing loss! This poor dog cannot get a break!


Petee is 35lbs and is grown. He is loving and very smart! He is able to hear some noises, but would need to be trained with hand signals as well. Hearing impaired dogs are the same as any other dog and Petee does AWESOME taking the lead from another pup.

Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
 
All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
