Chaps is a wonderful energetic boy who's family couldn't keep him due to a move. He is still very playful & has grown up as a house pet. He has been staying with family friends & has been forced to live outdoors without much attention or love the last few months. He desperately wants to be part of a family again. Will you make him part of yours? Chaps isn't extremely fond of other dogs and would be better in a home as the only critter.

Chaps is current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and is neutered. If you would like to adopt Chaps, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
