STOP! Please read my story before moving to the next kitty! I really need a home. See where I live? I've never felt grass (or even carpet) on my feet, I've never had a life outside this kennel. I was abandoned at 6 weeks old with 9 of my siblings. There are two of us remaining. Cats are hard to find homes for as there's so many free ones people can take home. Each day that goes by my chances get slimmer. I've lived about 12 weeks in this kennel and though I'm still a youngster (about 18 weeks) people quit looking at you once you're past the baby stage. The volunteers love us but know we cannot spend our lives confined to these small kennels. They hold us, but cannot give us the freedom to run around. Can you please take me home? Our adoption fees have been reduced and they're even offering me and my brother to go together for the adoption fee of 1. They just want to see us happy and healthy before our time runs out. From dumped on the roadside to a kennel. Is there a such thing as a home? Dancer is current on vaccines, neutered, felv/fiv negative, and litter trained. If you would like to adopt Dancer, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.
Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt! |
