Dutch was a bit frightened when he first came to CARA. He had spent a lot of his life outside as a stray. We caught him and brought him in. After much love and attention Dutch has turned into a great boy! His light is now shining bright. He'll reach through the bars of his kennel to literally grab your attention. He'll also talk to you. Now that he has realized that people are his friends we'd love to show him that a kennel isn't his permanent home. Dutch is very playful and extremely sweet. And to top it all off he's beautiful too.

Dutch is neutered and current on all vaccines. He is feluk negative and littertrained.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
