I didn't know what rescued meant before today. My sister Gillian and I were just running down the road with no place to go. Someone got us away from the busy highway and now were are at CARA. We are so exhausted that all we want to do is sleep right now. We need a good home and some one to love and play with us and keep us safe. If you'd like to adopt me or my sister, please fill out an application so the CARA folks will know.

Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
 
All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
