What a doll! Serra along with her mother, brother, and sister were found huddled under a holly bush in the cold rain. Serra is only 8 weeks old and is a very shy and scared kitten until she feels comforatable in a new place. Serra needs a home that is quiet and free of other animals and small children so that she is able to bond with her new owner. Serra would love it if you would fill out an application on her. Serra is sweet, but is still a little scared of people. She is living in a foster home currently with her mom Lexi (Who would make a great companion for Serra if a family was looking for 2 new cats!) and is slowly coming out of her shell. It will not be long before she is the perfect lap cat! Serra is up to date on her shots, and has already been spayed. If you have patience and love to shower onto a very sweet but timid kitten, Serra might just be the right kitten for you!

If you would like to adopt Serra, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
