Login to Remember your Favorite Animals and Breeds!

You know the best thing about being a puppy?  I absorb new information like a sponge!  Everything is new and exciting, and at only 6-months of age, I am having a great time learning commands and fun tricks that make my human caretakers at CARA smile.  Every time I do what I am asked correctly I get a treat.  It’s a very lucrative deal!  I’m told German Shepards are very smart dogs, and having that breed as part of my lineage helps me learn quickly.  I would have to agree because learning to sit wasn’t difficult for me.  Since I have that one down I am ready for you to teach me more challenging things like fetch the paper, walk next to you on the leash-thing, and high five/paw.  I’d like to know more about the rock-paper-scissors game because I have only mastered the paper move so far.  Learning is fun and I am ready to join your family and take all I have learned to lend a paw wherever I can help.  Come to CARA so we can get to work learning all the exciting things puppies and people can do together!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
