Hi, I’m Bailey, a beautiful redheaded shepherd with lovely brown eyes. My new friends at CARA saved me from death row, even though I am a senior dog and have a few chronic medical problems, but nothing I can’t handle. Life has been hard, but I am still sweet and loving, even with cats and other dogs. I love everyone, especially my foster mom who is taking real good care of me while I wait for my new home. I love to go on walks, lay around on the couch and keep that cat from doing something silly. Dr. Myres said I have to be on medicine for the rest of my life, just like a lot of people I know. I have right hip dysplasia and spondylosis, plus some other big words, and if you can believe it, someone shot me with a pellet gun! But I’m feeling good and building muscle, and even walked in the 2017 Christmas parade. Wow, was that fun! So here is the deal. You adopt me and I will show you what love is really about. Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
