I'm a lucky girl. I guess when my former owners figured out that I had something wrong with my skin, they just didn't feel like messing with it. But a really great Lady found me, had me all taken care off by a nice Vet, and spoiled me rotten.

I am now ready for a new home and as you can tell, I am everybody's favorite snuggle bug. I am as healthy as I could ever be and have not met anybody I don't like. I play well with most of the other four-legged children here (there is one that keeps biting my tail and I don't like him) and can learn to like those hissing furballs. (They call them cats and I am not sure what to think of them.)

I am heartworm negative, UTD on shots and preventatives and will fall under CARA's Spay/Neuter Contract.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
