Hi there, My name is Dixie. I am a Siberian Husky! I have a sister who looks almost identical to me, with different colored eyes! We are two shy gals who have not been shown too much love before we came to CARA. We are really shy at first, but when we feel like a human is not going to hurt us, we bask in the love!! The volunteers at CARA really feel like we should be kept together. We are codependent on each other and since we are one year old, it will be hard to go into a home without each other. When we are separated, we cry and cry until we are reunited. All we need is a human willing to take on double the trouble and give us the love we never got before!

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
