Learn more about the Welsh Terrier.

Hello my name is Banner and I am 2 years old and weigh 31 lbs. I am adoptable to a home without children, and am a bit shy at first. Once I know you and love you, I really really  LOVE you. I am a snuggle bug who really attaches to humans that I love. New people are sometimes scary for me. If you are interested in meeting me, please apply and set up a time to meet me with my foster mommy. She knows me very well and can give more information!!!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
