Sweet, gentle girl in search of retirement home.  Sometimes I'm a little slow to get moving and I've lost the majority of my teeth, but that doesn't make any difference!  I still like to run and play after a good long rest.  I'm not you're typical beagle in that noise they usually make (I actually don't have a whole lot to say), but I do like to explore with my nose like all good hounds.  For that reason, I do need a home with a fenced yard or someone that will help me keep learning about that leash thing.  See, you can teach an old dog new tricks!  When we're finished spending time outside, I'll roll over for you to rub my belly, my favorite thing in the whole world!

Holly is approximately 9 years old, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives, and is heartworm negative.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
