Thank you for considering adopting one of CARA's Special pets! To apply read about our adoption policies here to fill out an application.

Hello Cara friends, my name is Brenda and I am a 5 year old sweet girl looking for a quiet home, possibly as the only furbaby.  I had two beautiful babies a few months ago, was spayed a few weeks ago, and I am ready to retire somewhere I can be relaxed and carefree.  You see, before I came to CARA I spent my days living in a barn.  I do love to be with people, but sometimes having a lot of other animals, that like to run around and be crazy, scares me, so I hide a lot.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
