Learn more about the Golden Retriever.

I am the most amazing dog that was surrender because my owners are moving and won’t take me with them. I am looking for nothing short of an amazing home. I get along with other dogs and would prefer a home with a playful pup. I am active and need an active family. I do good with dog savvy cats and kids who are respectful and loving to dogs. I ride well in the car and am crate trained. I am perfect.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
