My name is Frazier. Aren't I handsome? I am roughly a year old, and weigh about 40ish lbs. I was surrendered due to my owner not having time to spend with me. I was left outside full time with no stimulation, so I became depressed and stopped eating. Thankfully I am feeling better now that I am getting tons of attention from the rescue folks at CARA. I adore other dogs, but not yet cat tested. I ride well in a car, and generally have a sweet disposition. I am really looking for a home with someone who can provide me TONS OF ACTIVITY and ADVENTURE! Without this, I am not going to thrive. If you are looking for a lazy couch potato I am probably not suited for you. If you are interested in meeting me please apply on the cara website! www.cara-nc.org

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
