My name is Pozole. I was surrendered to animal control, and that is where the rescue found me and fell in love!!! I started out spicy and timid, but now turned into the biggest mush ball!! My best personality quirk is rolling on my back for belly rubs! I have not been cat or dog tested yet. So far I know I love humans so very much!! Especially when they scratch my ears and belly! The hoomans at CARA recently realize that I am deaf.  This doesn't stop me from being super playful, sweet and all around amazing.

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
