Hi everybody my name is Lavender. Like
the flower I'm a little bit under stated until I
bloom.

I'm a shy girl, the first part of my young life
was spent outside. I didn't know how to trust
people or be a puppy. I'm about 5 months
old and I'm currently living with foster
parents and some foster fur siblings. I get
along great with other playful medium and
large dogs, little dogs I like but I'm a little
too extra for them. I don't really understand
the cats they leave me alone and I do the
same.

My foster mom says I'm smart and special. I
love my Kong, puzzle toys, to chase balls,
and Frisbee. I like my crate and soft bed
too, its my safe place. I wear a harness and
walk on a leash very well, I like to take my
foster parents on walk around stores plus pup-a-cinnos and chick fil

a nugget is my thing.

Im really shy because of how I got my start
and Im learning how to be a dog and also
how to trust. Im very food motivated but I
need to come to you at my pace. I do want
to sniff you and say hi and Ill take a treat
from you even. After I warm up to you I do
like all the scratches. Foster mom says I'm
a little love bug and will continue to be a
super brave girl.

Im patiently waiting for my fur-ever home
and learning to be the bestest dog.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
