Learn more about the Boxer.

My name is Tinsel. I was found as a stray, and after further investigation the rescue learned that I had been on my own for at least a year. I ended up sleeping outside of an apartment complex and that is where I found a kind human that I finally trusted. I was then taken to the rescue where I have been loved and adored by all the volunteers! They claim that I am gentle, and mind mannered. Most of all I love to be close to any human. I do well with dogs but prefer a laid back dog over a high strung one! I would likely do well with kids, and do not need a fenced yard. I am super sweet and can't wait to meet you!! I think I might be a boxer mix!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
