Hello friends.  My name is Baby Grogu and I am newer here at CARA.  I came in very scared and not trusting anyone.  I couldn't walk on a leash and I just wanted people to stay away from me.  I am currently in a foster home where I am learning very important skills. I now walk on a leash to go outside and do my business.  I am learning how to sit and lay down and even how to stay in place.  I am still nervous of people but learning how to trust them more every day, and I even wag my tail at my foster parents when they are working with me.  If you think you are a patient person who may want to show me some love and let me live my best life, to include some training so I know how to be a dog, please put in an application today.  I can't wait to find my furever home soon.

 

 

* Special information regarding adopting Puppies *

Our adoption fees are: 

*  Altered dogs $ 250

*Altered puppies under a year $ 275

*  Altered kittens  & cats $ 95

* Puppies under 4 months who have not  been spayed or neutered or who have a medical reason why they cannot be altered before adoption - $235 plus S/N  Deposit: $ 100 if not altered prior to adoption 

* Kittens under 4 months who have not  been spayed or neutered or who have a medical reason why they cannot be altered before adoption -  $70 plus S/N Deposit: $ 100 if not altered prior to adoption 

Our policy is that all adopted  animals  must be spayed or neutered  before leaving the premises. If at  any   time  an  animal  under the age of  4 months leaves our rescue group unaltered, the adopters must sign and  agree to our spay/neuter contract. This contract states each adopter  agrees to have the  animal  being adopted spayed/neutered by a  veterinarian of their choice by the age of 6 months. As part of this  contract an additional $ 100 deposit fee will be required. This  deposit fee will be refunded upon verification of the spay/neuter  contract. All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
