Thank you for considering adopting one of CARA's Special pets! To apply read about our adoption policies here to fill out an application.

Violet Beauregarde has come looking for a golden ticket that will take her to her forever home! Violet and her the Willy Wonka crew are at CARA looking for their forever homes! Violet was a stray that wondered up to a nice lady's house who was doing her best to feed her and her puppies. The nice lady reached out to CARA for some help and we had to help. So now Violet and her crew are acclimating to being inside/outside dogs and letting the staff at CARA learn their personalities. So far the staff says Violet is a sweet, quiet, and calm 4 year old shepherd mix. If you need a medium sized mellow female, Violet is your gal! Please put in an application for Violet and/or her puppies if interested!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
