My name is Surfer. I am such a sweet and smart fella. I was found as a stray and ended up on the kill list at a local shelter. Thankfully my fate turned out different and I came to CARA. They LOVE me here and cant wait to find me the best home!! Please consider meeting me!

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
