I have the dignity of Queen Elisabeth and the loving heart only a dog can have. While life may have had been tough at times, I faithfully did my duty and tried to please. I am a very faithful creature and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I am still a little shy around strangers; but when my trust is earned, I give my love freely.

I think I would be perfect as an older Lady's or Gentlemen's faithful friend, an easy to satisfy travel companion, quiet listener when strolling through the park and addressing great life questions. While I am very gentle, I think I rather prefer older, more settled children and a quiet home. I wouldn't even mind watching all five seasons of your favorite soap opera with you.
I am heartworm negative, started on preventatives and shots, seem to be house-broke and will be spayed.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
