"Hello my name is Indy :)

I am a soft spoken sweet girl who is such a nice pup that when I visit with the ladies at CARA at the front desk they sometimes forget I am there! I just love to be with people and if you give me a soft bed and a toy I am just happy and content! I was born in January 2013 so I am still a young thing. I only weigh about 30 lbs too - but I am thin. Maybe you could come and feed me some hotdogs to get my weight up?

You may notice I have unique ears - when I was a little puppy someone tried to make me look like a tough little girl and cropped my ears. I really do not care what happened, I do not remember it, but a lot of people comment on them. I just like to tell people "I can hear you better now" and this is why I know how to listen really well!

I like other dogs too, and love to be near you or even in your lap!

Would you please come visit me soon? I love having visitors and I love going to walks. Did I mention I walk great on a leash?"

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
