Hi, I'm Ruthie. If you have a sweet tooth, well I'm the dog for you. I am as sweet as a Baby Ruth. You will not be able to eat me since I am not be covered in chocolate, but I would love for you to smother me with kisses and hugs. I have a playful side and I need someone who can keep me in line, so I would do well with a home without small children because I like to play play play and sometimes thats too much for little ones. I am fun and I love to play fetch as you can see from the video below. :)

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
