Learn more about the German Shepherd Dog.

Spot's name is Spot because he has a missing spot in his heart for a warm compassionate companion. This handsome brindle pup could fill in the spot of a family pet and would be a good guardian of the house. Spot was approximately born June 17, 2013. Tennis is Spot's sport, but doggie style. He will fetch tennis balls and bring them to your feet to be thrown. Spot loves to be outside and would be a nice running companion. As a very fun and go-happy dog, he will bond quickly to his new owner and family. As long as he has a family that will play tennis with him and keep him in stock on tennis, the spot in his heart will be filled.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
