"Hello!  I'm Cooper and my birthday is 4/22/1014.  I'm sorta shy, but come  to visit and take me for a walk.  We can get to know each other.  We will  'talk' and play.  Don't be surprised if my nose is on the ground once in a  while - that's part of my heritage. :) "

He ain’t nothing but a hound dog, smiling all the time! Cooper is a happy boy that loves to bask in the love of his CARA caretakers while he awaits his forever home. Unlike the Elvis Presley song,  Cooper is a friend to all! He would love an owner that could provide daily walks and a warm bed. If you are looking for a best friend, you have no further to look than Cooper’s big brown eyes.

Come visit man’s best friend today!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
