Hello there! My name is Dingo and I'd love to keep your lap warm this winter. Just what you always needed - a living lap warmer. Can you believe someone dumped me and 8 of my siblings outside the gate at CARA. It was dark and scary and we waited all night to be found. Someone seemed to think we'd stay in an open top box but alas we're kittens so we didn't. It took the CARA folks days to round us all up. Thank goodness we all survived because the gate is right next to a very busy road. I've spent the past 12 weeks confined to a kennel because people don't want kittens like us (we're 18 weeks old). All I want is to experience a home. From dumped on the roadside to a kennel. Is there a such thing as a home -- I'm starting to doubt it.

Dingo is current on vaccines, neutered, felv/fiv negative, and litter trained.

If you would like to adopt Dingo, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
