Hello, My name is Powder and I am new to CARA. I was surrendered to animal control with three other dogs. We are all in bad condition but getting better slowly. I am shy but open up wonderfully with patience and a quite enviornment. I love to nestle up in your arms and stay there as long as you will allow me to. I seem to be dog friendly and am very close with Apple Fritter who I was surrendered with. I am tiny and will make the perfect lap dog that will spend my days with you!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
