My name is Frosty the Snowdog! Woof! I am a Pyrenees/GSD mix who is one year old and weighs 84 lbs. I am true to both of my breeds but favor the Pyrenees. I need a confident owner and a home with a fenced. My owner will need to be home often with me. I am ok with dogs,cats, and children over the age of 10. I am a sweet, gentle, confident giant baby. Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
